Hello, fine persons! I'm back in the library at school and I ain't got nothing to do! >.< Yep, apparently I didn't order lunch this morning so I thought "Oh well" and came here instead. It's been a pretty sucky Monday so far. >_> And my backpack broke on meh! >o< So now I'm walking around holding it closed and I still got *looks at clock* 3 more hours of school left to go. *sigh* It's gonna be a very painful 3 hours...
Anyhoo, I'm pretty damn bored right now. I just did my Spanish homework. It was quite simple really-- just filling in the blanks. *sigh* Yeah... =/
Anyways, I really have nothing else to say-- Except that I need to buy a new backpack after school today. It's gonna be a bit of a struggle getting my dad to buy me a new one. Hellloooo again! So tell me, how do like meh new layout?! I'm totally diggin' it! ^o^ I didn't realize that I could change my layout like this until, well, just now! (Pretty lame of me, eh? ^_^;) Oh well, I think I'm gonna stick with this one for a while... *nods* Yeah...
Anyhoo, What's up with y'all? I'm doing pretty okay myself. I'm just having a pretty lame-o weekend. I was totally piggin' out on food (and livejournal) today. Seriously, there's nothing to do but watch TV! You see, I don't do well cooped up in a house all day. I need to get out! Although, I did go to the pharmacy with my mom and brother. But, still, that isn't enough. I need to go, like, shopping or to the movies or something! Just get me out of my house! >o<

Hello again. I am, once again, back in the school library. Why? Just because... I had some religion homework to finish and, well, it took me a very short amount of time. I thought I also had some spanish homework, but I checked my agenda and I guess I didn't. =/
Anyhoo, my day has been fine so far. I forgot to write this 2-page chapter summary for history, but the teach is gonna let me turn it in tomorrow. ^_^ He's nice... Anyways, I have another math test tomorrow. It's gonna be on parabolas and circles and ellipses. (I have to solve and graph things like "X= -1/4(y+2)²-5".) I'm gettin' the hang of it, but it is verrry long and verry hard (like some people I know XD.)
Oh well, my time's almost up here in the library. I guess I'll leave now. I'll catch y'all on the flip side! ♥ |

Hey, guys. I'm back at school today and back in the library. You know, I was here in the library yesterday and I made this long entry, but somethin' weird was going on with LJ, so it didn't post it. =/ Oh well, I'll just make it again today.
Anyhoo, school's been going fine so far. I got decent mid-term grades. I got an 86% on my english exam, a 96% on my history exam, a 70% on math, and a 94% on my spanish exam. I still don't know about my biology or my religion tests. I guess I'll find out today. Speaking of biology, I have to do my science fair presentaion in front of the class today. o_o; I don't like doing presentations. Let's just hope that I don't totally suxxor at it. My project was on the "strength of concrete cured at a certain temperature". That should be an exciting speech. XD Four students did their presentations yesterday and I think I'm going to go today. Sorry about rambling about this stupid science fair thing. I'm deperately trying to kill time. I still got a little less than 15 minutes to go before the bell rings. ^_____^; Heh heh...
Anyways, I've now said everything I need to say. So, um, what do I talk about now? Got any ideas? I don't. Does music sound good? Well, I'm listening to the Killers on my iPod right now. They're a good band. But, not as good as System of a Down. God, I love them. I can't wait until they come out with a new song. Though, that might not be for another few months (or years). You know, I was looking at these (not old, but not recent, either) Rolling Stone magazine pictures yesterday. They featured System, but I don't think they ever made it to any magazine. Why? Well, the magazine people got Daron and Shavo confused with each other. Not only that, they spelled poor Daron's name wrong, too. They spelled it "Daren". Those idiots...
Oh well, now I only have a few mintues left. I'll go now. Bye... |

Ah, yes. Another day, another year. It's 2006 people and it's gonna be one hell of a year! I can feel it. I'm turnin' 16 this, too. So, you know what that means-- DRIVER'S LISCENCE!!! ^O^ Ha ha, you know, I'm gonna look back on this year and think "Yeah, and the 1st thing I did that year was go on the computer and update my LJ". ^_^* Hee hee, oh well. 'Sup everyone! Today is a day for celebration. Why? Because my iPod has now come back from the manufacture's completly new! ^o^ For too long I went without an ipod to listen to and, well, now I have it back! ^_____^ Yep, now I can play all the System of a Down I want on my little iPod stereo I got for Christmas. My sister's gonna be sooo pissed when she wakes up every morning to the soothing sounds of my iPod every morning. >:D
Anyhoo, *sigh* geez! I'm sooooo close to getting my stupid-ass science fair project done. All I really have left to do is decorate the display board and write my 5-page research essay. -.-* Even worse is that when I go back to school on Tuesday, I have to present it to the class. God, do I hate having to present things in front of a class. I get all nervous and I skip over words when I talk. (It was for this reason that I didn't choose 'public speaking' as my elective! >.<) *sigh* Oh well, I better get working on it. I have to turn it in on Monday! o_o; Bye! |

Helloooooo again! Whoo. How was y'alls Christmas. Was it good? Did y'all get presents? I got lots of 'em. Like, I got a new purse, pefume (that yummeh smellin' 'Fantasy' ^_^), Eminem's new CD ('Curtain Call'), lip plumper (that stuff is soo cool), the most recent Harry Potter book (my friends will be wonderin' what took me so long to get it), some gift cards (can't go wrong with those), two $25 iTune cards (iTunes! w00t!), and some cool socks. Ah yes, I got many gifts. What kinds of things did y'alls get?
Anyhoo, me and my family went to Titusville yesterday and we came back today. And, on the way back, we dropped my dad and brother off at the airport. Yeah, they're going up to Chicago and spending a few days there. (They're also driving up to Wisconsin to see a circus) I didn't go, though. I still have my science project to work on. -.-* That crazy science fair project... always here to ruin my Christmas vacation. I still gotta work on it.

Hi again! I'm finally on X-Mas break! ^o^ Yes, I have 2 weeks to just chill out and have some Christmas and new year fun! *sigh* Mid-terms are finally over, too. I had my English and Spanish exams on Thursday and my math and history exams on Friday. I think I suxxored on my English and math tests. They were really hard, though! I kinda found my Spanish and history tests pretty easy. I took my time with the latter 2. I was gettin' a little bored with them like I did with the religion one. Anyways, I hope I did well on my English and math tests. It took me a long time to do both tests and I was struggling a bit with both, also.
Anyhoo, uggh, finally! I got some new acrylic nails put on. ^_^ I took my old ones off last Tuesday and my bare fingertips were hurting me. But, even though I got me some new nails, I'm still feeling a little empty inside. My iPod broke and now I have to send it to the manufacture's to get it fixed. T-T Boo hoo...
Anyways, I finally got my science fair project done, but only the experiment part. I still gotta do the whole display board thing and write the report. -.-* God, I hate science fair. I have no idea what fun Thomas Powell sees in those. |

What's up, people. I'm back at school and back in the library. No, I'm not skipping lunch again, this time, it's because school is over and I am now currently waiting for my dad to pick me up. Yeah, I had mid-term exams today and I'll have them for the next 2 days. Today I had my biology and religion exams. Biology was kinda hard. Some of the stuff I forgot, other stuff I don't think we even went over in class. =/ Oh well, I'm sure I'll do fine. As for religion, I thought it was simple; Almost too simple. I was pretty bored of the test, too. Like, while I was answering multiple choice questions, I decided to just pause and take a break. Hey, I was bored! But, it ended up taking me a longer time to finish. Oh well, I know I aced it.
Anyhoo, I gotta study for 2 more exams tomorrow: English and Spanish. English might be kinda hard and Spanish, well, I find it kinda easy. Oh well, I better go read some Sparknotes™ because there's a Huckleberry Finn reading test on my english exam and I didn't really even bother opening the book. ^___^;; Heh heh... Bye!

Hey, dudes. Today has been quite a boring Sunday. I went to the store with my dad today. Nothing exciting really, but, I did get me some beef jerky! ^_^ I love that stuff!
Well, despite the boringness of this weekend, there was one very exciting thing: The live System of a Down concert I got to see on KROQ.com (that's a Los Angles radio station, in case you were wondering)! That's right; System got to play at Almost Acoustic Christmas this year and they streamed the live concert online! It was soooo awesome! They came on at about 10:00 pm, but, that's California time. And because I live in Florida, that means that the concert didn't come on until 1:00 am! o_o But, that wasn't gonna stop me from seeing my ultimate love! I ended up using my mom's laptop and watching the concert in my bedroom.
And lemme tell you, that concert was T3H SHIZ! Seriously, it was almost as awesome as being there in person! It was soooo cool. I was practically havin' a little party in meh bedroom! ^___^ It was pretty funny, too. Like, a little bit after they played 'Deer Dance', Daron dived into the pit! And all the security was scrambling to get him out. After they put him back up onto the stage, he sang this funny song into the mic. It was soo cute! ^_____^ Another time, Serj said into the mic, "Who wants Daron's pick?". A lot of people (but not everyone) was like, "MEEEEE!!". So, in return, Serj said, "Fuck you guys. I'm keepin' it!" (or something like that). But, the part of the concert I really liked was after 'Psycho' when Daron kneeled on the edge of the stage and made all these lil' kissy faces to the people in audience. ^♥^ Ha, if I were there, I would have probably fainted if he directed one at me. *swoon*
Anyhoo, there's another partial System concert review for you. I suggest you watch it (via that link titled "T3H SHIZ"). But, don't bother if you don't want to wait 5+ hours for it to download. (Don't ask me, I got the link from aother site.) I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did. Bye! ^_^ |

Hey, y'all. I back in the school library during lunch again. See, I spent all my lunch money on Christmas gifts and, well, now I don't have any lunch money. *shrugs* Oh well. I need to lose weight anyway. =/
Anyhoo, w00t! I got an 84% (B) on my math test! ^o^ I've been doing better in math lately. Hopefully I can keep up the good work. I have an overall grade of 81% in the class now. That's good because I had a 79% the last time I checked my grade. *sigh* Actually, I've been doing good in all of my classes recently. Got a little shakey in english, though, but, I'm bouncing back. And, I've grown a bit of a disliking of my music class recently. I don't know why, I'm just not really liking it so much. *sigh* Other than those 3 classes, I'm just dandy! (With the exception of my science fair project.)
Anyways, my mom's doing fine. She came home from the hospital last Friday and now she's just sitting at home-- healing. Hopefully she'll get better soon.

Hey, everyone! Today's the 22nd and you know that means! (Uhh, JoAnna's birthday?) That, too, but, today's the release date of HYPNOTIZE!!! w00t! I demand that all who haven't bought the album yet to go out and BUY IT NOW! ^O^ It's such a good album! Unfortunately, it's one of those albums that takes time getting used too, but once you do, you will realize that System is the best band ever! You know, there was a Dual Disk™ version and a regular version of the album and because I'm completely obessed with this band, I bought both albums... o_o; But, that's only because I'm an idiot... ^__________________________________________________________^
Anyhoo, moving on...
Today was a rather decent day at school. I had another math test... which I know I totally suxxored on. >_< Oh well... all that matters is that I am now officially on Thanksgiving break! ^o^ Yep, we get a 5-day weekend. But, I gotta go spend it down in Titusville... ¬_¬ Crap... Oh well, but at least I have lots of time to listen to Hypnotize!

Ahh, yes. Today is the 1 year anniversary of my LJ. Whoop whoop! Boo ya! And I've only made over 100 entries! That's a lot of entries. But, what I'm really proud of is the fact that I've acutally mangaged to keep a journal for a year! o.o Wow...
Anyhoo, today was an okay day at school. I've been doing better in math lately. I got a 'C' on meh last test. I consider that good compared to the 'F' I got on the test before that one. o_o;; Anyways, I have a 'C' in the class all together. Yeah, we got progress reports last friday and I have an 'A' in every... single... class... EXCEPT math. -.-* I swear, that class will be the end of me one day.
Anyways, I'm so excited about what's happening tomorrow! http://www.mtv.com has this album "leak" tomorrow and what this does is let you listen to an album one week in adavnce. So, guess what album gonna be on "The Leak" this week! Yep, HYPNOTIZE! ^o^ I can't wait to hear it. But, what I've been hearing from people who've heard already leaked copies of the album on the net is that the album kinda sucks. And today, I heard some short clips of all the songs and, I hate to say it, but, it does kinda suck! T-T *weeps* But, then again, it's the 2nd half of an album that came out last May! Of course it's not gonna sound all that awesome! That's why you gotta listen to Mezmerize first before you listen to Hypnotize! That's why they were released the way they were. But, despite what I and others say, you should still go out and buy it. But, before you do, make sure you've listened to Mezmerize thouroghly! I promise, it'll sound really good if you play both albums in order. I'm sure of it! ^___________^
Anyhoo, I can't wait for JoAnna's party this weekend! We're gonna go see Harry Potter and teh Gooblet o' Fyre! o.0 And then, I'm probably gonna stay the night over at her house! We gonna have SO much fun because, well, JoAnna's a fun person like that. ^_^

Okay, dudes, you can totally screw what I said about Hypnotize yesterday. Because I just listened to the album and it is AWESOME! ^o^ It just takes some time getting used to. Like, when you listen to it for the 1st time, it's gonna sound weird. But, if you listen to it for about 2 or 3 more times, it'll sound really good. I promise! So, again, go out to your nearest record store next week on Nov. 22 and buy it!
P.S. Hey, Sheri, there's actually a song called "Dreaming" on Hypnotize and it's a really good song. I personally ♥ it. It might be a little too hard for you, but I still recomend you go listen to it. ~.^

Ahhh, yes! the weekend is FINALLY here! -.-* God, this week was loooong. Now, I can finally get some sleep. -.- zzz
Anyhoo, ugghh I had lots of work to do this week. I skipped lunch 4 times! Yeah, I had to go to the library to do work on 3 of the days. (I forgot to order lunch on one day.) *sigh* At least I can get some rest now. I'm also doing slightly better in math. I got a 100% on meh quiz today (compared to the 80% I normally get)! I'm slowly understanding the material, but at least I'm learning it.
Anyhoo, I was watching the European MTV music awards on MTV2 and guess what! (What?!) System won the award for best alternative band (if it was up to me, they would have won ALL the awards ^___^)! ^o^ Yay! They also performed B.Y.O.B. at the very end of the show. It was a, erm, decent performance. I think Serj was sick or somethin' because his voice sounded a little weird. o____o Oh well, any performance by them is awesome! ~.^

Well, today was a rather eventful weekend.
On Saturday, I was supposed to go to the movies with my friends to go see 'Corspe Bride'. The movie started at 7:20 pm. Well, when I got to the movies at 7:05 pm, my friends weren't there! Well, they might have been inside the theater, but who cares! They still weren't outside waiting for me! So, I got all sad n' stuff, and left.
Today (Sunday), I went to church. And afterwards, I went to my parish's youth group meeting. We had pizza and I had ample fun. (What I mean by that is that the meeting wasn't as fun as it normally is.) And after that, me and my dad went to the store. I bought some make-up and a poster board for a school project that's due on Tuesday. And then I came home and jumped on meh tampoline, like I always do. Ya know, some people just don't realize how much fun those are...
Yeah....... That's what I consider an "eventful weekend". o_______________o Whatever... |
